At OfficialWatches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange process within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the watch in its original manufacturer box with all tags, warranty cards, and protective films intact, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship with Insurance

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our horologists verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
